About compensation for damages

1.When user violated regulation or guide line or law and exerted damage on a third person including the enterprisers who form a business tie-up with, user will be responsible for compensation and we and our partner will be exemption from responsibility.

2.Users who exerted damaged on enterpriser or third person and violated the preceding clause "about belonging of a right" are under the obligation to compensate the enterpriser etc. and the other user etc.

About a temporary stop of each service

1.1. It's possible to stop providing service temporary without preliminary notice by the following reason. We don't have responsibility in spite of the contents and state of each service or loss and damage of the user or the third person who has formed indirectly.
(1) when our system maintenance, check and repairing are performed to keep the operation state of each service well,.
(2) when fire and a blackout stops providing services.
(3) when an extraordinary natural occurrence stop services.
(4) when a temporary stop are needed, because of the technological or operating issue.

2.When we judged that a continual offer of each service was difficult by a reason of the previous clause, we assume that it's possible to stop service without notifying to the users in spite of a regulation of the next clause "about end of service".

About an end of service

1.We assume that we will stop the service by notifying 14 days before.

2.We notice end of each services to the users on this web site.

3.We don't have the responsibility for total damage to the said user or a third person in spite of the contents and state of loss and damage of each service.

About agreement control

1.When trouble has formed between the member, we discuss sincerely together.

2.When we cannot reach agreement by the preceding clause, the Sapporo district court is made a belonging control courthouse of a first-instance trial.

3.A governing law of this agreement is done with Japanese law.

General principle about the internet use

1.when user is sending and/or receiving information, the user are responsible for content of information.

2.We offer this service to the user via the internet. The user establishes all equipment to connect to the internet. Software should be managed by user`s responsibility and not us including operation and etc….

3.The user agrees for the communication charges to be needed separately to use or read this service by the Internet connectivity environment of the user, and we assume that the said user bears everything by which it's for the same communication charge.

4.There is a possibility that the user can't read the part of this service by the Internet connectivity environment.

About change in this agreement

We can revise without announcing the contents of this agreement according to the need by our convenience. When user uses this site, every time, we assume that the contents of this agreement are checked. When the user used each service after a revise of about use of site, we consider to have agreed to a revise. Further we don't have responsibility for loss caused by not checking the contents of site.
